Refund policy

At DublinKitKings, we get it — sometimes even the biggest fans need to make a change. Whether it’s the wrong size, a last-minute switch in player loyalty, or a delivery hiccup, we’re here to help you sort it out quickly and easily.

Returns:

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

-Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

-To have all tags and labels attached.

-Item Delivered was incorrect

-Pictures of products if possible

Email us at DublinKitKings@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds:

-Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

-Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method typically within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, the wrong size was sent, or any other relating issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Return Shipping

-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

-We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return safely.

All returns and refunds follow UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU Consumer Rights Directive.
This means you’re entitled to a 14 day 'cooling off' period for most online purchases — but we give you a full 30 days because that’s just how we play.
